      Can any member provide me with the Methodology of stressing

        Search the web for post tensioning specifications.

        Many DOTs in the States have theirs online.
        Shall be a good start.

          You need a long answer for this stuff.
          But basically it consists of these things:
          – Place anchor block properly
          – Place jack properly, set pump.
          – Stress the jack, make the extension measurable during stressing, record it.
          – When target stress is reached, that's it. You're done. Remove jack.
          The jack extension record will indicate if the “TENDON” (not the stressing itself) is good and acceptable.
