      GENERALLY WE MEASURE THE Y DISTANCE FROM SHUTTER, BUT WHEN THE STRUCTURE IS IN SLOPE BOTH IN SOFFIT AND INCLINED WEB , WHETHER THE MEASUREMENT TAKEN FOR THE PROFILE WITHOUT CONSIDERING SLOPE IN BOTH WILL NOT AFFECT THE PROFILE PLEASE SUGGEST

        It would be shown in the shop drawing. I suppose during the design stage the slope is considered, although not all the PT design programs can calculate the sloped structure.
        If it is not calculated as slop, my advice (correct me if I am wrong) measure Y profile perpendicular to surface and axis X parallel to the soffit surface
