WHAT IS THE STANDARD METHOD OF CALCULATING GROUTING QUANTITIES IN TERMS
OF WATER, ICE, CEMENT, ADMIXTURE OR GROUT IN LITRES PER METRE OF TENDON LENGTH

Depends what country you are in. In the UK ( which has the strictest grouting regulations) The Ratio is 88 LTR Water/200Kg cement and 8Kg of cable flow. However the cable flow depends on the quality. For example in Australia the use Methocel which is very expensive and only requires 1 kg. There is a number of flow tests and bleed tests to monitor the quality of the mix you are producing.

          I calculate it as:
Size of the duct (cm2) subtracting (strand section area * number of strands) and multiply on length of the tendon

70mm Duct Area = 1252.5 mm2 ( ligh_tbulb look in supplier specifications, could be different)
12.7 Dia. Steel area = 100.1 mm2 ( ligh_tbulb look in supplier specifications, could be different)
15.2 Dia. Steel area = 143.3 mm2 ( ligh_tbulb look in supplier specifications, could be different)

Example 40 m long tendon with 3 strands 12.7 inside
          (1252.5-100.1*3)*40/1000=38.088
(mm2)*m divide by 1000 to make in cm3 which is approximately equal to litres
