      Hi everybody!

      The question is simple.
      How do you make sure the force we use is exactly what we want to use!

      How do we calibrate, how often, who can do it for us ( jacks, pumps, full cels, calibration equipment)

        once you calibrate you can compare practical results with theoretical
        use the table i make below, but you need to know Jack Working Section Area
        in fact having this table you can skip calibrating 0130-devil ……… check it!

        For calibrating laboratory in Dubai you can check Dubai Municipality Lab, the rest i dont know which equipment they have;
        DANWAY Testing Lab is licensed by DM

          Now,
          I will disagree.
          Generaly the problem is that between the preasure gauge and the end of the jasck there are some loses.
          It is not a straigth forward calculation.
          You have all different types of elastic deformations in the Hoses jack itself, together with jack internal friction etc.
          Hence there is always a difference between the calculated force ( the one from your table). and the actual force you get at the end of the jack.
          The presure force diagram is never a straigth line.
