      I recently got a problem the shutter fabricated for fixing anchorage was of same size of the casting it was fixed exactly with no cover with the recess area. Whether this may create a problem during stressing or not

        As far as I know, some type of jacks will work okay in such situation. You better check it against shape of jack you will use.
