In a circular tower where the reference should be taken from whether the taken from shear column but the dimension are not straight what should be done when consultant check straight but the measurement are inclined as per slab is in circular dimension.

whether there should be reference from shear column like 2m or 3m and straight dimension to be marked what is solution to avoid failure during inspection.

I would stick to a grid. If the grid is not straight but most of your your tendons are straight, stick to any line parallel to them (e.g. column line). I can imagine that only a few tendons along the slab edge are parallel to the edge (curved in plan).

Any solution is good as long as every tendon is in correct position.

The best solution is to have the plan dimensions marked on the drawings for a 3-4places (in entire drawing) to serve as a reference point to the curved/inclined tendons, and the hardships can be avoided in the design stage itself by following the grid lines orientation for placing the tendons
